Nepal Electricity Authority has again increased the hour of load shedding. Earlier the loadshedding was seven hours a day but from the month of Magh it has increased the loadshedding hour: from 7 hours to 9 hours a day.
Nepal, if we study its geography, we will find that it is a country which has many rivers flowing here and there covering almost every district of the country. But still the people of this country is facing the problem of unavailability of drinking water, and from years it has been facing the problem of loadshedding. Many new hydropower projects are underconstruction and some has started generating electricity too, but still the citizens are doomed to spend their hours in darkness. The country of rivers has now become a misnomer, as the people are facing problems of drinking water and electricity.
